Private beta agreement

The full agreement is being finalised with review and will be presented at signup before the first invites go out. The plain-English shape of the deal:

• The beta is free - no card, no trial clock, for the whole beta period.
• Early software, honestly labelled: it works and is tested, but features will change and occasional bugs are possible.
• Lifetime price lock: partners who get their team live (own products imported + first purchase order) keep their chosen plan's launch price for as long as their subscription stays active or is reactivated.
• Beta end: at least 30 days' notice and a conversion window. If you don't subscribe, your workspace becomes read-only - your data is never deleted and stays exportable.
• Your data is yours; logos and case studies are strictly opt-in.
